1. Who we are

Viral AI UGC (“Service”) is owned and operated by 1811 Labs, a proprietorship established under the laws of India with its principal place of business at Gandhidham/Bangalore, India. Throughout this document “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to 1811 Labs.

2. Scope

This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard information when you visit or use the Service, in compliance with:

• The Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India)
• The Information Technology Act 2000 & SPDI Rules 2011 (India)
• Where applicable, the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA (California) and other data-protection laws.

3. Definitions

• “Personal data” – information that identifies or can reasonably identify an individual.
• “Generated Content” – any video or media produced by our AI models at your request.
• “User Content” – inputs, prompts, or uploads you provide to generate content.

4. Information we collect

“Legal basis” wording for GDPR/DPDP compliance.

5. How we use information

• Provide, maintain and improve the Service.
• Process transactions and send transactional emails.
• Train and fine-tune AI models only on anonymised, aggregated data unless you opt-in for specific datasets.
• Detect, prevent and report abuse (see §9).
• Comply with legal obligations.

6. Sharing & disclosure

We never sell personal data. We share it only:

• With vetted subprocessors (cloud, payment, analytics) under DPAs & SCCs;
• With law-enforcement when legally required, especially regarding child sexual abuse material (CSAM), extremist or other illegal content;
• During corporate restructuring such as merger or acquisition (with prior notice).

7. International transfers

Data may be processed on servers outside India (e.g., AWS ap-south-1 & us-east-1). Where law requires, we implement Standard Contractual Clauses or similar safeguards.

8. Security

We employ encryption in transit & at rest, least-privilege access, periodic penetration testing and incident-response procedures. No method is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

9. Abuse monitoring & illegal content

Prompts or Generated Content that is NSFW, illegal, hateful, violent, or exploitative (especially CSAM) is strictly forbidden. Such material will be blocked, accounts may be suspended, and relevant authorities notified.

10. Retention

We retain personal data for the shorter of (a) the purpose for which it was collected, or (b) periods required by law, tax, and audit. You may request deletion (§11).

11. Your rights

Subject to verification, you can: access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data; withdraw consent; or lodge a complaint with your local authority or the Indian Data Protection Board. Contact: hello@viralaiugc.com

12. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect their data.

13. Cookies

We use essential and analytics cookies. You can manage non-essential cookies via our banner or browser settings.

14. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be emailed or posted 7 days before taking effect.
